Aaron B. Lerner Vice President

Mr. Lerner is a Vice President with Sonnenblick-Eichner Company.  His responsibilities include the origination and placement of institutional quality debt and equity, joint ventures, and investment sales of commercial real estate on behalf of the firm’s clients.  During his tenure with Sonnenblick-Eichner Company, Mr. Lerner has been involved in construction, acquisition and permanent financings, as well as the placement of joint-venture equity and investment sales of commercial real estate valued in excess of $2 billion.

Prior to joining Sonnenblick-Eichner Company, Mr. Lerner graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.  Mr. Lerner is a University of Southern California Trustee Scholar and earned the Renaissance Scholar Award for his work in Spanish Language and Culture studies.  Mr. Lerner spent two semesters studying in Madrid, Spain, and was awarded a Marks and Brown Fellowship to study classical texts in a Jerusalem post-graduate program.  He is a Cabinet Member of the Jewish Federation’s Real Estate and Construction Division, an Executive Committee Member of the Moriah Society, and serves on the Board of the South Robertson Neighborhood Council.  Mr. Lerner is a licensed California real estate broker.
